Job Description

  • Participate in creating the production strategy and forecasting.
  • Develop detailed production schedules (monthly, weekly, daily).
  • Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address variances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material availability, capacity, and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency, cost reduction, workflow improvements, reduced lead times, and increased flexibility.
  • Analyze production data and metrics to drive continuous improvements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans (e.g., supply chain disruptions).

Job Requirement

  • Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
  • Language: Chinese fluency (reading, writing, speaking) and English reading/writing capability.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in production planning and control, with at least 2 years in the garment or apparel manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience managing production schedules and optimizing factory processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
