In-house Production and Team Management
- Ensure team capability and content output quality for in-house talents including KOLs, creators, and streamers.
- Plan periodic content production for each talent such as videos, photos, livestreams, and short clips.
- Arrange and assign suitable personnel including videographers, editors, stylists, and make-up artists for each project or talent.
- Supervise production progress and output quality to ensure alignment with brand direction and each talent’s unique style.
- Coordinate with the Creative and Content teams to define formats, concepts, and production timelines.
- Manage production costs and propose resource optimization solutions to improve production efficiency.
Client Project Management
- Execute end-to-end production projects based on client requirements from brief to final deliverables.
- Receive and analyze briefs from Account or Client teams.
- Participate in brainstorming concepts, scripts, and production direction with Creative and Strategy teams.
- Prepare proposals and cost estimates, coordinating with relevant departments to finalize production plans.
- Manage operations across all stages including pre-production, production, and post-production, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients throughout the production process, handle feedback, and ensure final output meets expectations.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance and develop insights for improvement.

Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of Producer or Lead Production experience.
- Experience managing multi-platform content production including short-form video, livestreams, viral clips, and TVC or branding content.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflow including pre-production, production, and post-production, with capability to oversee timelines and quality control.
- Experience working with KOLs, talents, influencers, and creators, with the ability to leverage personal style to shape the right content direction.
- Strong cost-efficiency mindset with ability to optimize budgets and negotiate crew, equipment, and outsource fees.
- Experience in agency, production house, creator network, or MCN environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills with the ability to maintain project pace under high pressure.
