Planning & Technical Proposal Development

• Conduct site surveys and collect technical information for water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Prepare and review basic WTP and WWTP designs, including flow diagrams, specifications, calculations, cost estimates, and operating-cost estimates.
• Review technical proposals and cost-of-equipment estimates.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to junior team members.

Project Engineering & Documentation

• Prepare and review system calculations, flow sheets, P&IDs, and equipment specifications.
• Prepare requests for quotations under the Section Manager’s guidance.
• Develop commissioning procedures, commissioning reports, project schedules, and operation manuals.
• Monitor the overall project schedule and coordinate technical deliverables.

Commissioning & Technical Support

• Perform onsite commissioning for water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Guide team members during commissioning activities under management direction.
• Provide technical consultation and troubleshoot engineering or operational issues.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• From 1–3 years of experience in water or wastewater treatment, preferably involving project management, budget control, and technical proposal preparation.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or relevant engineering design software.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to prepare and review technical calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Good communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.

Language / Other Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to read and understand technical documents and engineering drawings in English.
• Candidates should be from 30–35 years old.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
• Able to undertake extended onsite assignments lasting more than one month.

• Cooperative and able to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Willing to travel and work onsite for extended periods.
