1. Develop a Private Client Portfolio
- Identify, target, and expand potential clients, including HNWIs, luxury retailers, and exclusive venues.
- Build, manage, and expand VIC networks and database to support segmentation and targeted programs.
- Develop strong customer relationships to create brand preference for prestige products.
- Act as the main point of contact for private customers, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
- Expand membership programs/CRM to collect and manage customer data in compliance with data regulations.
2. Drive Sales of Prestige & Luxury Portfolio
- Achieve sales objectives for D2VIP while supporting CP Prestige value targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sufficient support for business growth.
- Monitor inventory and sales reports to optimize stock levels and inventory management.
- Identify new portfolio opportunities and innovations with support from Prestige TM.
3. Brand Experiences & Partnerships
- Develop tailored consumer promotion programs in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Support VIP event organization for private customers.
- Build partnerships with luxury brands and stakeholders for customer acquisition and retention.
- Represent the brand at prestige events and networking functions.
4. Back-Office Intelligence
- Lead annual sales target planning with CP.
- Coordinate with finance on budget management (A&P and T&E).
- Manage daily sales reports and adjust activation plans accordingly.
- Integrate global best practices and align with the luxury network.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reviews of client pipelines, closed deals, and upcoming plans.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in luxury or hospitality is a must.
- 3–5 years of experience in multinational companies, start-ups, or luxury brand portfolios preferred.
- Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of D2VIP/HNWI environment.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
