Strategic Recruitment Planning

Advise and collaborate with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans that align with the company's growth objectives.
Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies to address operational staffing needs at various provincial locations.

Operations & Network Management

Manage, develop, and operate recruitment activities across provincial sites, ensuring consistent quality and speed of hiring.
Build and nurture a robust network of recruitment partners, agencies, and provincial collaborators to diversify candidate sourcing.
Actively source, assess, and develop high-potential talent pools for critical and high-volume roles.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, train, and provide operational support to the recruitment team to ensure individual and team KPIs are exceeded.
Foster a high-performance culture, monitoring individual performance and providing professional coaching.

Cross-Functional & HR Coordination

Collaborate with various departments to ensure recruitment processes support the broader HR objectives set by the Board of Directors.
Prepare periodic reports and analytics to inform management of recruitment health and labor market trends.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

Proven experience in recruitment, HR management, or market development (candidates with manufacturing industry experience are highly preferred).
Deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and provincial labor market dynamics.

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently under high pressure.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, professional demeanor, and capability to manage diverse stakeholders.

Personality & Attitude

Proactive, accountable, and driven by continuous learning.
High willingness to travel for business and work on-site at provincial locations as required.
