Job Description
Strategic Recruitment Planning
- Advise and collaborate with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies to address operational staffing needs at various provincial locations.
Operations & Network Management
- Manage, develop, and operate recruitment activities across provincial sites, ensuring consistent quality and speed of hiring.
- Build and nurture a robust network of recruitment partners, agencies, and provincial collaborators to diversify candidate sourcing.
- Actively source, assess, and develop high-potential talent pools for critical and high-volume roles.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, train, and provide operational support to the recruitment team to ensure individual and team KPIs are exceeded.
- Foster a high-performance culture, monitoring individual performance and providing professional coaching.
Cross-Functional & HR Coordination
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure recruitment processes support the broader HR objectives set by the Board of Directors.
- Prepare periodic reports and analytics to inform management of recruitment health and labor market trends.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR management, or market development (candidates with manufacturing industry experience are highly preferred).
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and provincial labor market dynamics.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently under high pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, professional demeanor, and capability to manage diverse stakeholders.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, accountable, and driven by continuous learning.
- High willingness to travel for business and work on-site at provincial locations as required.
