Dealer Policy & Process Management
- Develop, manage, and oversee regulations, policies, and operational procedures for the national dealer network.
- Design and maintain dealer performance evaluation frameworks, including policy updates, survey questionnaires, and evaluation criteria (covering infrastructure, targets, process compliance, and management structure).
- Ensure standardization and effectiveness across all dealer operations in accordance with brand guidelines and strategic direction.
Dealer Development & Performance Optimization
- Build annual development plans and nationwide dealer network strategies; monitor implementation and prepare periodic reports.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish new dealer partnerships across the country.
- Manage existing dealers to ensure compliance and consistent performance improvement.
- Lead procurement requests for branding and marketing materials (logos, signboards, panels, fixtures, and equipment) to maintain brand identity standards.
- Oversee dealer infrastructure reviews and propose renovation, maintenance, or upgrades to ensure compliance with company standards.
Customer Experience & Retail Network Enhancement
- Develop and upgrade customer interaction channels (showrooms, experience centers, etc.) to improve engagement and service quality.
- Provide recommendations for showroom renovation, branding improvements, and experiential upgrades.
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of renovation or upgrade projects.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with relevant departments to build effective dealer support programs and implement “win-win” strategies.
- Propose policies to enhance dealer productivity and operational quality.
- Collaborate with leadership and business teams to improve overall network performance and profitability.
Dealer Network Evaluation & Data Analysis
- Assess overall dealer network performance to identify over/underperforming areas, regional gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Propose programs to restructure or improve dealer network effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze DRP (Dealer Reporting Platform) data to extract insights, identify strengths/weaknesses, and predict trends.
- Recommend actionable solutions and provide consultation for dealer performance improvement.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in dealer or distribution network development.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or related sectors (distribution, retail development, franchise operations) is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination abilities.
- Strategic and logical thinking with solid planning skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in dealer network evaluation, operational planning, and business performance improvement.
