Mô tả công việc
- Interpretation: Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, discussions, and other interactions between the CEO and partners, clients, and employees.
- Translation: Accurately translate documents, emails, and other written materials between English and Vietnamese.
- Document Approval: Manage the flow of documents requiring the CEO's signature, tracking their progress and ensuring timely return.
- Administrative Support: Assist the CEO with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and arranging business trips.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar interpretation/translation role.
- Fluency in English and Japanese is essential.
- Strong understanding of interpretation and translation techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
