Job Description

Interpretation: Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, discussions, and other interactions between the CEO and partners, clients, and employees.
Translation: Accurately translate documents, emails, and other written materials between English and Vietnamese.
Document Approval: Manage the flow of documents requiring the CEO's signature, tracking their progress and ensuring timely return.
Administrative Support: Assist the CEO with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and arranging business trips.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2-3 years of proven experience in a similar interpretation/translation role.
Fluency in English and Japanese is essential.
Strong understanding of interpretation and translation techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
