Payment Processing & Reporting: Manage vendor invoice processing, payments, discrepancy resolution, and the preparation of monthly accounts payable (AP) reports for multiple entities.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, guide, and supervise a team of at least nine staff members, providing guidance, fostering clear communication, and setting goals and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and performance.
Process Optimization & Automation: Streamline and automate PTP processes, from system design and project management to user acceptance testing. This includes:
- Resolution of purchase order (PO) and invoice discrepancies.
- Planning and execution of weekly/monthly vendor payments.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with:
- The house banker to ensure a seamless host-to-host payment process.
- The IT support team for system enhancements and solution troubleshooting.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent; CA (Chartered Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation.
- At least 5 years of Accounts Payable managerial experience, preferably within a shared services environment with strong control over PTP processes.
- Experience with SAP, Kofax, or OCR systems is preferred, along with skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for host-to-host payment processing.
- Ability to manage a team, work with various stakeholders, and handle a high volume of transactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at Singapore HQ.
- Fluency in English.
