Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Search for, carefully survey, and build a highly reliable supplier network locally and internationally.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities continuously based on supply capacity, product quality, and price competitiveness.
Negotiation & Contracts
- Negotiate effectively with suppliers regarding product pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Draft, thoroughly review, and finalize purchasing contracts to ensure absolute legal compliance and safeguard company interests.
Order Processing & Quality Control
- Receive internal purchasing requests, issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs), and diligently track supplier delivery progress to ensure materials arrive exactly on time.
- Coordinate closely with the Warehouse and Quality Control (QC) departments to inspect incoming goods.
- Handle and resolve any incidents related to defective goods, missing items, or product returns promptly and effectively.
Documentation & Reporting
- Execute payment procedures, cash advances, and contract settlements seamlessly with the Accounting department.
- Update market price trends regularly and submit periodic purchasing performance reports to senior management.

Education & Qualifications
- College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Prior experience in a Purchasing, Procurement, or Sourcing role is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
Skills & Competencies
- Good proficiency in English is strictly required for handling imported goods and working with international suppliers.
- Strong proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage, unlocking opportunities for specialized training in Shanghai.
- Excellent negotiation, commercial bargaining, information gathering, analytical, and time management skills.
- Highly proficient in using standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet tools).

- Honest, highly persistent, and capable of working efficiently under high work pressure.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability and dedication to optimizing company costs.
