Mô tả công việc

Financial & Project Control

Monitor project costs and resource usage based on automation project planning.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure cost efficiency and alignment between finance and operations.
Support cost analysis and provide recommendations to management to optimize financial performance.

System & Data Management

Proficient in operating ERP and MES production management systems.
Maintain accurate financial and production data in ERP/MES databases.
Ensure consistency and data integrity across accounting and production systems.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare financial reports and cost summaries for management review.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production industries.
Experience in automation, equipment management, or production cost control is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of ERP/MES systems and manufacturing accounting processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
