Job Description
Financial & Project Control
- Monitor project costs and resource usage based on automation project planning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure cost efficiency and alignment between finance and operations.
- Support cost analysis and provide recommendations to management to optimize financial performance.
System & Data Management
- Proficient in operating ERP and MES production management systems.
- Maintain accurate financial and production data in ERP/MES databases.
- Ensure consistency and data integrity across accounting and production systems.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare financial reports and cost summaries for management review.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production industries.
- Experience in automation, equipment management, or production cost control is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MES systems and manufacturing accounting processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
