- Develop the annual Vietnam brand strategy, marketing calendar, and A&P budget.
- Localize regional brand strategies to ensure relevance for Vietnam consumers.
- Track category performance, market share, and competitor movements, particularly in plant-based beverages and functional drinks.
- Identify growth opportunities across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels.
- Lead integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, influencer marketing, social media, and in-store activation.
- Work closely with media and creative agencies in Vietnam to ensure culturally relevant communication.
- Manage KOLs, TikTok creators, and brand ambassador programs.
- Develop in-store visibility plans, promotions, and point-of-sale materials aligned with Vietnam shopper behavior.
- Support key accounts including modern trade and convenience store chains.
- Collaborate with sales teams to plan activations, sampling activities, roadshows, and MT/GT promotions.
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) and packaging localization to comply with Vietnam language, regulations, and consumer preferences.
- Validate product concepts through consumer research, taste testing, and market validation.
- Manage product pricing, portfolio planning, and SKU optimization for Vietnam channels.
- Drive brand visibility across digital platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and local platforms.
- Build and manage brand presence on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tiki.
- Monitor and optimize digital KPIs including engagement, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Monitor A&P spending to ensure efficiency and strong return on investment.
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and sell-in / sell-out alignment.
- Prepare monthly business reports, performance reviews, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate closely with sales, trade marketing, supply chain, R&D, and regulatory teams.
- Coordinate with distributors or local partners to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
- Build strong working relationships with agencies, suppliers, retailers, and KOL partners.

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing or brand management roles.
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, or plant-based categories is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam consumer trends, retail landscape, and digital ecosystem.
- Experience working with agencies, distributors, and cross-functional teams.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
- High creativity and ability to develop effective brand campaigns.
- Strong execution and project management capability.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Language Skills:
- Good command of English for working with regional teams.
