- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, promote company growth, and increase student enrollment.
- Lead, train, and develop the marketing team.
- Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and assess performance to enhance efficiency.
- Develop long-term and short-term marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Set clear marketing objectives and measure campaign success.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing).
- Optimize campaigns for maximum impact and target audience reach.
- Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Track and adjust the monthly budget to optimize spending.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (ROI, CPC, CPA, etc.).
- Provide detailed reports and actionable insights.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify industry trends and adapt strategies.
- Evaluate target audience needs and behaviors to adapt marketing efforts.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- English proficiency is required (Korean is a plus).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing (education sector preferred).
- At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
- Solid knowledge of online and offline marketing channels, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative strategies and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
