Mô tả công việc

Lead and participate in repairing machinery, diagnosing root causes of errors, and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
Conduct preventative maintenance on all machinery according to schedule and standards.
Research and stay updated on machine documentation, drawings, and manuals.
Train and mentor Level B and C technicians on machinery repair.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation principles.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
