Job Description
- Lead and participate in repairing machinery, diagnosing root causes of errors, and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on all machinery according to schedule and standards.
- Research and stay updated on machine documentation, drawings, and manuals.
- Train and mentor Level B and C technicians on machinery repair.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
Job Requirement
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
