- Develop and manage sales and sales strategy for the Nuts Private Label Business.
- Develop trust relationships with major clients and ensure they don't turn to competitors.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions.
- Ensure timely and correct product/service delivery.
- Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Generate new sales and build long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years of equivalent work experience.
- Good English language skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- Experience in B2B Food Ingredient Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Teamwork, aggressiveness, self-driven, and proactive approach.
