  • Develop strong business relationships with current customers to maintain trust and increase their Share of Wallet.
  • Establish, create and develop new business relationships with potential customers to increase sales for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
  • Carry out scheduled visits and phone calls with key members of current and potential customers to capture the customer's voice, learn about trends and key information.
  • Ensure compliance with continuous improvement action plans according to VSA for Termo VTL to achieve BU metrics and implement standards of continuous improvement.
  • Support the coordination and analysis of product requirements according to customer expectations to expedite the development and approval of new products.
  • Send and negotiate quoted prices in different programs to close deals with customers.
  • Coordinate new projects for stock management, product and price deliveries to generate higher business profitability and maintain strategic alliances.
  • Analyze monthly sales behaviors, development time, delivery time (KPIs) to generate measurement reports that support decision-making.
  • Define Sales forecasts (LVs) to establish income expectations and facilitate financial analysis and plant capacity planning.
  • Support account receivables management to ensure timely payment of overdue invoices and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Prospect and determine new customers in selected regions of Asia to identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor trends, competition, and new products in the market to proactively propose innovative initiatives.
  • Elaborate annual expense budget to guarantee expected profitability margins for the business unit.
  • Support performance and decision-making across value stream processes to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by commercial management.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience as Customer Service Executive, Vendor/Key Account Executive, Market Analyst, or Coordinator (or equivalent).
  • Experience in developing strong business relationships and prospecting customers.
  • Ability to monitor market trends, competition, and new products.
  • Good image and professional presentation.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Languages, Quality Control, or Customer Service. Experience in the apparel industry is preferred.
  • Must be 100% bilingual (English - Vietnamese). Korean or Japanese is a plus.
  • High proficiency in conference calls.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
