Develop Internal Control Strategy
- Design and implement a cmprehensive internal control framework aligned with business objectives.
- Cntinuously update control mechanisms to adapt to regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Manage Internal Control Team
- Lead, train, and mentr the internal control team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Assign tasks, versee progress, and provide guidance on complex control issues.
Assess and Identify Risks
- Cnduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in financial, operational, and compliance processes.
- Analyze rot causes of control failures and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and Maintain Internal Control Policies
- Establish and update internal cntrol policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure plicies comply with legal requirements (SOX, IFRS, VAS, etc.) and corporate governance standards.
Test and Evaluate Control System Performance
- Perfrm periodic audits and control testing to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
- Document findings, prepare reports for senior management, and track remediation progress.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
Work Experience
- 5+ years in internal control, internal audit, or risk management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Foreign language
- Proficiency in English
Computer Skills
- Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO, COBIT), risk management, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
Skills
- Leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities
