Mô tả công việc
- Plan, design and implement Factory's Talent Development activities across the whole firm, which include Workforce Planning, Recruiting & Hiring, Learning & Development and Performance Evaluation in accordance with company's human resource development strategy.
- Complete factory HR policies & procedures in accordance with labor code and customer's requirements
- Supervise the implementation of HR policies and procedures to make sure no non-compliance issues found.
- Analyze the organization's current and future workforce requirements of each department
- Oversee and develop Job Description System
- Build and supervise factory's yearly recruitment plan to ensure workforce demand in accordance to the developing strategy
- Analyze labor market and internal recruitment situation to evaluate the competitiveness of the factory, to develop talent pool and employer branding
- Build the right recruitment strategy in order to provide the following advantages in today's competitive talent battle
- Analyze training needs and develop annual training plan for the factory
- Manage training data, training material & Online training system
- Manage Internal Trainer Program
- Manage Factory's performance evaluation system, supervise process and ensure fairness and transparency.
- Assist departments to set up goal-based KPI, keep performance evaluation system on track with strategic direction
- Set up factory successor plan in order to reach group talent investment target.
- Develop, motivate and retain high performance people and value add to process management
- Complete other tasks given by managers
