Job Description

  • Plan, design and implement Factory's Talent Development activities across the whole firm, which include Workforce Planning, Recruiting & Hiring, Learning & Development and Performance Evaluation in accordance with company's human resource development strategy.
  • Complete factory HR policies & procedures in accordance with labor code and customer's requirements
  • Supervise the implementation of HR policies and procedures to make sure no non-compliance issues found.
  • Analyze the organization's current and future workforce requirements of each department
  • Oversee and develop Job Description System
  • Build and supervise factory's yearly recruitment plan to ensure workforce demand in accordance to the developing strategy
  • Analyze labor market and internal recruitment situation to evaluate the competitiveness of the factory, to develop talent pool and employer branding
  • Build the right recruitment strategy in order to provide the following advantages in today's competitive talent battle
  • Analyze training needs and develop annual training plan for the factory
  • Manage training data, training material & Online training system
  • Manage Internal Trainer Program
  • Manage Factory's performance evaluation system, supervise process and ensure fairness and transparency.
  • Assist departments to set up goal-based KPI, keep performance evaluation system on track with strategic direction
  • Set up factory successor plan in order to reach group talent investment target.
  • Develop, motivate and retain high performance people and value add to process management
  • Complete other tasks given by managers

Job Requirement

  • Language: English-Fluent(C1)
  • Skills: Interview Skill, Internal Training Skill, Career Planning, Microsoft Office, Project Management & Communication, Performance management, Interpersonal Skill
