Mô tả công việc

Manage: Incoming audits of raw materials, quality checks and tests, customer complaint resolution. Outcome: Assure quality of materials and customer satisfaction.
Assist: Manage daily QA team operations, including resource allocation and scheduling. Outcome: Effective and efficient department operations.
Create: Implement standardized processes. Outcome: Guarantee optimal performance of the end-to-end production process.
Guarantee: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards via audits. Outcome: Maintain a strong and compliant Quality System.
Analyze & Investigate: Investigate and determine root causes of quality issues and analyze relevant data. Outcome: Optimize end-to-end production process performance.
Implement: Implement improvements to the Quality system. Outcome: Maintain a strong and effective Quality system.
Perform: Other tasks assigned by the QA Manager. Outcome: Operational goal fulfillment.

Yêu cầu công việc
