Job Description
- Manage: Incoming audits of raw materials, quality checks and tests, customer complaint resolution. Outcome: Assure quality of materials and customer satisfaction.
- Assist: Manage daily QA team operations, including resource allocation and scheduling. Outcome: Effective and efficient department operations.
- Create: Implement standardized processes. Outcome: Guarantee optimal performance of the end-to-end production process.
- Guarantee: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards via audits. Outcome: Maintain a strong and compliant Quality System.
