Mô tả công việc
- Record and process daily accounting transactions accurately and timely in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
- Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage fixed assets register, calculate depreciation, and ensure proper cost allocation across departments.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and debt monitoring.
- Prepare tax declarations, reports, and ensure full compliance with current tax regulations and deadlines.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents and explanations.
- Analyze financial data, identify variances, and provide insights to management for better decision-making.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, filing, and archiving of vouchers and documents.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues and improve internal processes.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 4 years of experience as a General Accountant in manufacturing companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Solid knowledge of VAS, taxation, fixed assets, depreciation, and cost allocation.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
- Careful, responsible, and strong in data handling and analysis.
- Good skills in consolidating data and reconciling financial reports.
- Good English communication skills.
