Mô tả công việc
- Manage and prepare accounts receivable reports, check accounting documents, and make payment plans for suppliers (weekly, monthly).
- Implement the payment process, prepare accounting documents, and reconcile debts with suppliers.
- Prepare payment documents. Monitor and manage cash funds and bank deposits: check, reconcile ending balance and cash details with the Treasurer, and bank account statements; prepare reports on cash funds and bank deposits.
- Monitor, inspect, and supervise the import and export of materials and finished products in the warehouse.
- Monitor and inventory fixed assets and tools, and calculate depreciation.
- Handle VAT declaration and tax refund records, declaration of environmental protection tax, contractor tax, etc.
- Guide, inspect, and supervise the recording and archiving of documents.
- Provide data, vouchers, accounting books, and explain data when the tax authority inspects.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Other reports and duties as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 3-4 years of experience in the position.
- Experience working with the tax department.
- Proficiency in accounting programs; experience with a specific ERP system is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT).
- Good teamwork skills.
- Honest, patient, and able to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills.
