Mô tả công việc

Daily task:

Accounting, declaration of income and expenditure, expenses, depreciation, liabilities, VAT, etc..;
Manage and check receivables and payables;
Collect, make statistics and process data, documents and reports through accounting operations;

Monthly tasks:

Make monthly business reports for businesses such as tax reports or VAT declarations and make internal reports (revenue and expenditure reports, P&L report, ...);
Compare data and make detailed statistics on the monthly allocation;
Accounting for cost allocation and depreciation;
Extension of tax payment for the company if there are problems;

Quaterly tasks:

Prepare quarterly reports according to regulations such as corporate income tax, tax declaration;
Collect, compile and compare the reported data;
Making internal reports on accounting data and figures arising in the quarter;
Perform other tasks as required by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Age : 25 – 32
Good English communication (Report directly to foreign boss)
Having at least 2 year of experiences in General Accountant position (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the F&B industry)
Ability to process and synthesize data to make internal management reports for the board of directors
Experience in making reports and analyzing Profit & Loss
Good Excel skills.

Working time: 9 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon - Fri)
