• Responsible for agreements, contracts and other legal documents to fully ensure the Company's legal rights. Control the legality of documents and contracts issued and signed by the Company
• Responsible for checking the legality and legality of all Company transactions, ensuring all procedures and operating processes of the Company are legal.
• Carry out legal procedures and documents related to the Company's business activities as requested by superiors
• Propose legal opinions and appraise draft contracts drafted by other departments. Before submitting to the Leader, participate in negotiations and sign contracts
• Manage the company's seal and carpentry.
• Legal advice on issues related to the Company's business activities for the board of directors as well as department heads
• Research and regularly update the latest legal information for the board of directors.
• Manage and store the Company's legal documents and records according to regulations
• Other jobs directly assigned by the superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduate and have a degree in Law;
• Experience: Having 02 years or more working in law firm or legal department of the company;
• Knowledge: Mastering and deeply understanding the legal provisions, especially the regulations related to business activities of the working unit;
• Able to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment;
• Good at written and communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines

Working time: 9 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon - Fri)
