Mô tả công việc
- Sales Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts aligned with the company's strategy.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead the sales team (sales associates and/or sales admin), motivate, coach, and enhance their sales skills and operational effectiveness.
- New Business Development: Identify, approach, and secure new customers by presenting the company's capabilities and product offerings. Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Sample Delivery & Product Development: Collaborate closely with the R&D team to expedite sample delivery and develop new products based on customer specifications.
- On-Time Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of products by working closely with the Production, Planning, Merchandising, and Quality Control (QC) teams.
- Problem Resolution: Work with Sales, R&D, Production, and suppliers to resolve quality issues, delivery challenges, and other customer concerns.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales performance, operations, and finances.
- Team Development: Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures. Help junior staff develop their skills and contributions.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Age: 35-45 years old.
- Education: Diploma or University degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Sales Executive in the textile industry, specifically with experience in knit fabric products.
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
- Proactive and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Business-level English (both oral and written).
- Chinese speaking skills are strongly preferred (considered necessary).
