Mô tả công việc
- Lead and manage the daily activities of the Die & Mold Design team, including overseeing new die designs.
- Analyze and implement improvements to mold and die operational capacity.
- Take ownership of designing new dies and molds. This includes the reconstruction, modification, and improvement of existing stamping dies and molds.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership to the team. This includes facilitating departmental training, coordinating projects, and conducting performance evaluations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Good English language skills. Japanese language proficiency is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of die design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using design software, with a preference for SolidWorks.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Innovative mindset, collaborative spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills.
