Job Description

Lead and manage the daily activities of the Die & Mold Design team, including overseeing new die designs.
Analyze and implement improvements to mold and die operational capacity.
Take ownership of designing new dies and molds. This includes the reconstruction, modification, and improvement of existing stamping dies and molds.
Provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership to the team. This includes facilitating departmental training, coordinating projects, and conducting performance evaluations.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Good English language skills. Japanese language proficiency is highly advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Comprehensive understanding of die design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using design software, with a preference for SolidWorks.
Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Innovative mindset, collaborative spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills.
