Mô tả công việc

Ensure proper processing of customer orders and invoices.
Work closely with Production to meet customer requirements on order planning.
Maintain good relationships with all customers.
Review/assess weekly offtake/trends and contact customers to increase sales.
Consolidate KPI reports, sales reports, and the Greif Business System tracker.
Ensure smooth and proper handling of customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and requests.
Ensure smooth export sales processes, including quotations, liaising with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents. Ensure complete documentation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in a customer service role delivering high-quality service.
Fast learner, able to quickly understand products, systems, and processes.
Able to collaborate with internal and external teams.
Able to work independently.
Must speak English and Vietnamese.
