Job Description
- Ensure proper processing of customer orders and invoices.
- Work closely with Production to meet customer requirements on order planning.
- Maintain good relationships with all customers.
- Review/assess weekly offtake/trends and contact customers to increase sales.
- Consolidate KPI reports, sales reports, and the Greif Business System tracker.
- Ensure smooth and proper handling of customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and requests.
- Ensure smooth export sales processes, including quotations, liaising with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents. Ensure complete documentation.
Job Requirement
- Experience in a customer service role delivering high-quality service.
- Fast learner, able to quickly understand products, systems, and processes.
- Able to collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Able to work independently.
- Must speak English and Vietnamese.
