Certifications & Compliance (40%):
- Manage company's certification and audit programs (FSC, GRS, SMETA, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with industry and legal requirements for worker rights, social standards, and environmental regulations.
- Work towards Group targets for renewable energy, FSC claims, and waste recycling.
- Support client documentation and requirements.
- Gather information for client questionnaires (e.g., energy and wastage).
- Conduct worker training on CSR and sustainability.
Human Resources Management (60%):
- Assist in core HR functions (recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, etc.).
- Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate HR policies to employees.
- Work with Group HR on manpower planning, HR strategies, and budgeting.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of all-rounded HR experience.
- Familiar with labor laws and HR regulations.
- Proficient in Office 365.
- Experience with supply chains, social responsibility, Sedex, and certification processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with textile and/or printing industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- High attention to detail, curiosity, and creative thinking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability.
