Mô tả công việc
- Analyze legal documents, investment files, and project implementation procedures.
- Coordinate with government authorities to support project legal processes.
- Research and review potential investment opportunities.
- Support the preparation of financial models and feasibility studies.
- Prepare documents and interpret them in meetings with partners, authorities, and investors.
- Conduct market research on the Vietnam real estate sector and monitor trends.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track legal procedures, permits, and planning matters.
- Update and manage investment and legal data for current projects.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Report progress and propose solutions to direct supervisors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in investment, real estate, or corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical and research skills with a market-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (especially reading and interpreting legal/investment documents).
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
