Mô tả công việc

Analyze legal documents and the legal processes of projects.
Liaise with authorities to resolve project issues.
Identify potential projects.
Assist the Director with daily operations, including translation and interpretation during meetings with local authorities, landlords, etc.
Support feasibility studies and financial modeling for projects.
Collaborate with internal departments on legal processes, permit checking, planning, etc.
Update project legal documents and processes.
Prepare for and participate in meetings with investors and authorities.
Conduct market research and prepare reports on the Vietnam real estate market.
Monitor and analyze the overall investment structure of real estate.
Provide training to team members.
Other tasks assigned by the Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

University degree in Finance, Law, Real Estate, or a related field.
Strong interest in the real estate industry.
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role. Experience as a real estate developer is a plus.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Market research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure.
Confident, enthusiastic, polite, and detail-oriented.
