- Manage email volume and encourage customers to use digital channels.
- Respond to client requests via email within the target turnaround time (TAT).
- Test email systems and escalate any issues.
- Handle outbound calls and other communications as needed.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Write formal letters to customers.
- Communicate professionally with customers (phone, email, mail).
- Provide information on services to enhance customer relationships.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Identify and respond to customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints positively and assertively.
- Provide efficient service by resolving inquiries and complaints.
- Perform offline system maintenance as needed.
- Follow up on customer interactions and promises.
- Process financial entries and account adjustments when necessary.
- Complete other assigned tasks and reports.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken English).
- Strong customer service orientation, teamwork skills, initiative, willingness to work under pressure, strong analytical skills, meticulousness, and the ability to multitask.
- Good understanding of banking products, services, and customers.
- Working knowledge of specialized products, systems, and services.
- Knowledge of internet usage and Microsoft Office Suite (email, Excel, Word, and fax).
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
- Assertiveness and ability to handle situations with limited information.
