Policy Development and Implementation

Develop, implement, and oversee the company's compliance policies and procedures.
Stay updated on local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with legal teams and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to laws.

Risk Assessment and Auditing

Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify compliance risks.
Investigate and resolve compliance concerns or violations within the organization.
Maintain documentation of compliance activities and recommend improvements.

Training and Advisory

Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related issues.
Promote a culture of integrity and ethical conduct throughout the organization.

Reporting

Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
Report on the status of compliance activities and potential risks to the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience & Knowledge

Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
Strong understanding of legal regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.

Skills & Competencies

Language skills: TOEIC > 650 or B2 or IELTS > 6.0.
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Personality & Attitude

Attention to detail and high standards of integrity.
Objective, honest, and decisive.
