Job Description
Policy Development and Implementation
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company's compliance policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with legal teams and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to laws.
Risk Assessment and Auditing
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify compliance risks.
- Investigate and resolve compliance concerns or violations within the organization.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities and recommend improvements.
Training and Advisory
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related issues.
- Promote a culture of integrity and ethical conduct throughout the organization.
Reporting
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
- Report on the status of compliance activities and potential risks to the Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of legal regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
Skills & Competencies
- Language skills: TOEIC > 650 or B2 or IELTS > 6.0.
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Personality & Attitude
- Attention to detail and high standards of integrity.
- Objective, honest, and decisive.
