Trend Research & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze handbag fashion trends in both Vietnam and international markets.
- Stay updated through fashion magazines, trade publications, social media, and e-commerce platforms to identify emerging styles and consumer preferences.
- Develop annual and seasonal trend mood boards to guide collection directions.
Design & Collection Development
- Design and develop handbag collections that align with brand identity and market trends.
- Create sketches, technical drawings, and digital concepts for product development.
- Participate in concept review meetings with the R&D team and provide creative input for final selections.
- Ensure all designs meet production feasibility, cost efficiency, and material availability.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Production) to align creative direction with business goals.
- Leverage digital tools and technologies to enhance design efficiency and workflow optimization.
- Continuously innovate design ideas to differentiate the brand in the market.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of handbag design and the global fashion industry is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in design software: Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and AI.
- Strong digital drawing and visualization skills.
- Understanding of trend analysis websites and fashion forecasting tools.
- Tech-savvy, open to using technology to optimize design and workflow processes.
- Passion for youthful, modern fashion aesthetics.
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Portfolio submission required with application.
