Mô tả công việc

Build and strengthen business relationship and cooperation with automobile OEMs.
Develop and gain market share in refinish premium segment and providing OEM body shops with the company premium products and solutions.
Develop distribution channel for premium products in the responsible area.
The performance of the jobholder is measured by the annual sales budget in volume, revenue, EBIT of the responsible area of North Vietnam.
Liaise with the Distributors to establish and execute the annual budget.
Implement and monitor the incentive program for distributors.
Other tasks and projects according to annual goals of Vietnam team.

Yêu cầu công việc

A Bachelor degree in business administration or engineering with strong business acumen.
Strong sales competency.
Demonstrated negotiation skills and abilities.
Demonstrated business development skill and abilities.
Strong oral and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese).
Excellent networking capabilities.
High capability of working independently with limited supervision.  Computer literacy: MS Office is a must, SFDC
