Demand Forecasting & Planning

• Forecast customer demand and develop purchasing and inventory plans to achieve company sales goals.
• Analyze current sales data, market trends, sales plans, and other factors to determine accurate customer demand and plan appropriate order placements.
• Ensure demand forecasts are aligned with production lead times from suppliers.

Inventory Management

• Manage and optimize inventory levels within budget constraints while ensuring sufficient stock for monthly and quarterly sales.
• Prevent overstock or stock shortages through careful planning and continuous monitoring.
• Maintain target inventory levels by product and sales channel (including online and retail stores).

Production Coordination

• Coordinate with production partners to resolve any issues related to production progress, shipment timelines, and new product launch schedules.
• Ensure production and delivery timelines follow the company’s demand plan.

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Prepare analytical reports including demand forecasts, inventory reports, budget performance, and operational efficiency evaluations.
• Use data insights to identify risks and recommend proactive solutions for demand–supply balance.

Sales & Operational Support

• Propose and track sales and promotional programs to minimize inventory risks and improve stock turnover.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment between demand plans and sales execution.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics, or related fields (graduates from top universities such as NEU, FTU are preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the Retail or FMCG industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong data analysis skills: ability to collect, process, and analyze data related to production, sales, and inventory to support decision-making.
• Logical thinking with strong planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and other data analysis tools.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
