- Develop recruitment plans and implement hiring strategies based on production needs.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines and develop recruitment channels.
- Collaborate with universities, training centers, and workforce partners.
- Analyze the labor market and optimize recruitment cost and efficiency.

Education & Qualifications
- University graduate.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing recruitment is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent Chinese proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
