Quality Management & Control
- Supervise and monitor the entire quality control process to ensure products meet internal and external standards.
- Analyze, evaluate, and resolve product quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and implement quality management systems in compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Conduct inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure consistent quality.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to the Factory Manager and leadership team.
Training & Team Development
- Support and conduct training programs to enhance employees’ quality awareness and technical knowledge.
- Ensure that all quality personnel follow proper inspection procedures and documentation protocols.
Coordination & Compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer complaints, reduce defects, and improve production consistency.
- Participate in activities related to product quality, environmental management, and process optimization.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Qualifications
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or other related fields.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on quality supervision preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Chinese (required); English communication is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Solid skills in inspection, auditing, and product evaluation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
