Business Development and Market Expansion
- Develop new business opportunities in Japanese, International, and Vietnam domestic markets.
- Identify and approach potential clients and partners in the manufacturing and trading sectors.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Formulate sales strategies to expand market share.
- Drive sales performance to achieve Purchase Orders (PO) and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
Strategic Planning
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Board of Management to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Extensive experience in sales and business development, preferably in the manufacturing or trading industry.
- Experience working with Japanese markets and international clients.
- Knowledge of Nitrile Gloves or Wood Pellets industries is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Native or fluent in Japanese.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.

- Professional, results-oriented, and adaptable.
- Open to professional exchange and cooperation.
