Mô tả công việc

Project Management & Supervision

Lead and coordinate all construction and installation works related to the fire protection systems (Fire Fighting – FF) across assigned zones within the Long Thanh Airport project, including Passenger Terminal A (PNA), Passenger Terminal B (PTB), and the Utility Center (UC).
Manage and supervise the overall site execution of all subcontractors under the assigned package scope.
Coordinate and collaborate closely with internal departments including:

- Construction Department

- Project Business Department

- Technical Design Department

- Planning & Material Department

to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project milestones.
Ensure project delivery in compliance with schedule, quality, and safety standards as stipulated in the contract.
Oversee procurement planning and proposal of materials and equipment.
Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report construction progress to the Project Director and Project Board.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director and Company Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Valid Fire Protection (PCCC) Certificate required (a photocopy may be submitted with the CV).

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, supervision, or project management.
Previous experience with large-scale fire protection (PCCC) projects is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Good command of English, especially in reading technical documents and basic communication.

Careful, meticulous, and result-oriented.
Confident in communication and presentation.
Proactive, reliable, and capable of working under pressure.
