Job Description
Project Management & Supervision
- Lead and coordinate all construction and installation works related to the fire protection systems (Fire Fighting – FF) across assigned zones within the Long Thanh Airport project, including Passenger Terminal A (PNA), Passenger Terminal B (PTB), and the Utility Center (UC).
- Manage and supervise the overall site execution of all subcontractors under the assigned package scope.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with internal departments including:
- Construction Department
- Project Business Department
- Technical Design Department
- Planning & Material Department
- to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project milestones.
- Ensure project delivery in compliance with schedule, quality, and safety standards as stipulated in the contract.
- Oversee procurement planning and proposal of materials and equipment.
- Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report construction progress to the Project Director and Project Board.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director and Company Management.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Valid Fire Protection (PCCC) Certificate required (a photocopy may be submitted with the CV).
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, supervision, or project management.
- Previous experience with large-scale fire protection (PCCC) projects is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Good command of English, especially in reading technical documents and basic communication.
