Mô tả công việc

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Vietnam.
Build, manage, and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, retailers, and channel partners.
Identify new channel opportunities, strategic accounts, and emerging market trends.
Expand ICT Distribution’s partner network and improve market coverage.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and conduct regular partner business reviews.
Work closely with vendors, marketing, and product teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
Represent ICT Distribution in partner meetings, client presentations, and industry events.
Support commercial negotiations and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.
Drive partner satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term business relationships.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT distribution, channel sales, ICT business development, or related commercial roles.
Strong understanding of the Vietnam IT market, channel ecosystem, and distribution landscape.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling IT hardware, software, peripherals, enterprise solutions, or related technology products.
