Job Description
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Vietnam.
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, retailers, and channel partners.
- Identify new channel opportunities, strategic accounts, and emerging market trends.
- Expand ICT Distribution’s partner network and improve market coverage.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and conduct regular partner business reviews.
- Work closely with vendors, marketing, and product teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
- Represent ICT Distribution in partner meetings, client presentations, and industry events.
- Support commercial negotiations and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.
- Drive partner satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term business relationships.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT distribution, channel sales, ICT business development, or related commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam IT market, channel ecosystem, and distribution landscape.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling IT hardware, software, peripherals, enterprise solutions, or related technology products.
