AR Module:
- Issue selling invoices.
- Record Revenue & COGS.
FA Module:
- Follow up FA profile & filing (including preparing documents under local requirements).
- Follow up FA reconciliation monthly (including monthly depreciation, net book value, etc.).
GL Module:
- Check & book reclassified entries.
- Monthly payroll expenses.
- Monthly allocating prepaid account.
- Monthly accrual.
- Blackline reconciliation. While Blackline is a brand name, it's a specific reconciliation process relevant to this role.
Costing:
- Handle the costing function, fix costing errors in the ERP system, and roll up cost monthly.
Closing:
- Bank reconciliation at end of period (WD1).
- Reconcile Revenue with Exim.
- Review COGS change.
- Reconcile AP aging and resolve any discrepancies.
- Reconcile AR aging and resolve any discrepancies.
- FA/Prepaid reconciliation.
- Stock reconciliation.
- Provision entries.
Statutory Reports:
- Support Finance Manager with financial statements, annual CIT settlement.
Compliance:
- Ensure company policy and SOX requirements are met; liaise with Head of Department to improve internal systems and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Responsible for AR, FA, GL, and Costing.
Handle costing computation, government reports, and document saving.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated with a major in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and good at English (verbal & literacy).
- 5 years of accountant experience in an FDI company, US corporate, or EPE company is a plus.
- Strong accounting system skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus). While SAP is a brand name, it's retained as a preferred skill.
- Good skills in Excel (Word and PPT are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and accounting background, especially for Vietnam.
- Detail-oriented and organized; proactive at work; problem-solving mindset.
- Strong initiative and self-confidence, good team player, willing to work under pressure and eager to learn.
